"We can not express how fortunate we feel to have found Drey and Mike! We previously took our two dogs to a kennel when we went on vacation. We were always worried, had to call, and it took our dogs weeks to readjust to their schedules etc. We had them watch our puppies and it was such a remarkable difference. They went above and beyond ! We have been so fortunate to have found Ondreya and Michael to watch after our 'kids". For the last 5 + years, we always knew that both our dog and our cat would be in such good hands when we went away. Through all their special diets, different medications, and various special needs through the years, we never had to worry knowing that they were there whenever we needed them. I doubt there are many other people who care more about animals than Ondreya Girasoli. I had hired what I thought was a professional pet sitter at Christmas, only to find out they did not show up at my house for 3 consecutive days. My first long-distance call from vacation was to Ondreya because I knew she would be on top of it immediately. I wasn't disappointed. Ondreya's calm, cool handling of the situation put my fears to ease. Within minutes the issue was resolved and I was able to enjoy my vacation, knowing my furbabies were being taken care of at home. Four-legged residents (and fishies too) of West Ashley are in good hands with Ondreya's care.

I wanted to post something regarding Wet Nose Warm Heart Pet Sitting. We had never utilized a pet sitter before, and when vacation time came this time around this year, we needed one! I can't speak highly enough of Ondreya and her awesome business she has created. She put me at ease within the first few minutes of speaking with her. Her compassion for animals radiates through her personality. My animals totally sensed it like we did! She took her time and familiarized herself with my animals and their environment, and took notes on how to best continue the "status quo" while we were gone. I was able to read her notes she took every day on the animals when we got back. She also texted me pictures every day to comfort me to know all was well! What a blessing she is! The Village Green community is lucky to have her! Thank you, Ondreya! We are your customers FOR LIFE!! ♥

We had never left our dog, Clarke, at home with a sitter until a recent trip to the Keys in July. Traditionally, we boarded our dog and asked a friend to stop in and care for our cat, Scrappy, whenever we were away. I decided to call Ondreya after reading some positive posts on our community web page. I was anxious about our choice until I met her in person, I immediately felt at ease when she came over to gather information and most importantly Clarke loved her! We were gone for six days and she did an amazing job with both of our pets! Ondreya sent text with pictures, left a note each time she visited and went above and beyond our expectations. Clarke is a somewhat anxious dog who does not always cope well with change, we were surprised to find he was calmer and more relaxed after staying at home than he ever was boarding. Ondreya walked him, played with him, took time to watch him eat ( he won't eat unless someones home), played with our cat, watered the plants, and brought over her radio to provide distraction from the 4th of July fire works. Ondreya took our dog for long walks and made several extra visits that she never charged us for. We tipped her extra for all her hard work, and plan to use her again in the future. I think giving her a reference is the best way to show her how much we believe in her and appreciate her service, that is why I'm writing you now. I'm sure you are nervous to leave your pets with someone new and invite a stranger into your home, as we were, but she is a fantastic pet sitter.

Best pet sitter I have EVER had. I have an older dog who'd just had some lumps removed; she took care of his meds, and even had him out playing catch. She kept the two cats--both of who have been known to make a run for it--inside and safe....

The litter box and house were clean when we got back. But most of all, she kept my 9 year old who is crazy- attached to her 4 legged babies from losing it with daily text pictures of our babies so she didn't miss them so much. Great care, great price, can't recommend her highly enough!!!

My husband and I just love Drey & Mike. We have a dog with health issues she is always willing to treat our dog like he is her own pet. We also have 6 cats which can be a chore to take care of in itself. They are always there for us at a moments notice. Our furry kids are so special to us we couldn't imagine having anyone but them take care of them. I brag about them to our vet and family and friends. It is very comforting to receive updates on our furry kids when we are away. You are the best!!!

We are so pleased with the pet sitting services Mike and Ondreya offered during our recent vacation. Being new to Charleston, I had no idea what to do with our pets while gone. I was so worried about how our dog would do, as he requires a lot of human attention, as do our cats. We received daily update texts and pictures to put our mind at ease. When we got home, while all were happy to see us, it was no big deal. We might just as well been gone an hour as opposed to a week. My husband was also reluctant to let "strangers" into our house, but Mike was so great at our intro meeting, he was quickly comfortable with them. I honestly think our dog is disappointed that we are home, OR just exhausted from playing ball so much. LOL I highly recommend Mike and Ondreya, and will be calling them again for our next trip. Thank you for great peace of mind!
